As much as I love health, wellness, and the human body, I also love reading about topics across a wide range of industries. Some of the top podcasts I listen to and educators I follow are in areas of expertise lightyears outside of my own. As a physical therapist, one of my favorite parts of treating and interacting with patients is learning their stories and expertise. I truly feel those conversations are what have allowed me to become more curious and challenge my own thoughts, beliefs, and way of living. My goal with The Smart Girl Newspaper is to create a curation of articles, podcasts, topics, interviews, experiences, and products each week as a little mini, intelligent, girly, newspaper. This is the place where our minds can expand, dream, create, and interact; a space to be curious, to learn, to share, and to conversate. This is The Smart Girl Newspaper.

PS. If you have a topic you’d like to chat about, an article that spoke to you, a jaw-dropping video you saw, an activity you love, or an interesting experience you enjoyed, I’d love to share it! Please reach out!
